A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: //

was referred to the City of Kenai dvisory Planning do Zoning Commission by

PLANNING STAFF
This plat comes as a result of a request from Mr. Doyle -for more parking space
for his trailer vans. The area is zoned Conservation which does allow parking.
Attached are contour maps of the area as it is within a conservation zone.
PLANNING COMMISSION
Ensure that the buffer strip along First Avenue remains plus any buffer along
Coral Street. Vans should NOT be clearly seen from the two roadways.
