A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

Apparently this plat makes the lot back into two large parcels. Attached is a summary
of the platting activities relating to this parcel. Also attached is a copy of
the Borough Ordinance which states the rezoning agreement. The zone will remain
RR as both 4~2 and ~~3 were never filed. This should be made clear by the owner and
surveyor. The Commission may wish to attach a note at some point in the proceedure.
All assessments are paid.
PLANNING COMMISSION
Ensure that the rezoning to Suburban Residential does not take place with the
filing of this plat. The property is to remain Rural Residential.
