That the proposed use is ermitte (not permitted) not addressed as a Conditional Use in this zone as specified in the Kenai Zoning Code Land Use Table. 4. That a duly advertised public hearing as required by Sec 14.20.280 was conducted by the Commission on ~ ~_, 6. That the following additional facts have been found to exist: a. the charter service be operated with three boats maximum; b. the non-conforming trailers be removed from the property and that is interpreted to mean two of the three - one to be used for a residence during construction only; c. the bed & breakfast not be operated until the Certificate of Occupany is issued.
