A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI
(GRANTING) (~~~) A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A BED AND
BREAKFAST ESTABLISHMENT AS AUTHORIZED UNDER KMC 14.20.321 SUBMITTED BY:

WHEREAS, the Commission finds:
1. That an application meeting the requirements of Section 14.20.321 has been
submitted and received on: May 14, 1990
2. That this request is located on land zoned: Suburban Residential (RS)
3. That the applicant has demonstrated with plans and other documents that
he/she can and will meet the following specific requirements and conditions
in addition to the existing requirements:
a. No special requirements or conditions
b.
4. That a duly advertised public hearing as required by KMC 14.20.280 was
conducted by the Commission on June 13 , 19 9 0

NOW; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City
of Kenai that the applicant (has)(~cas~xrat) demonstrated that the proposed bed
and breakfast meets the conditions required for said operated and therefore the
Commission (does)(~sx~~ authorize the administrative official to issue the
appropriate permit.
