KENAI RECOMMENDING (APPROYAL) (DENIAL) OF THE REQUESTED (REZONING) (LAND
USE PLAN AMENDMENT) SUBMITTED BY City of Kenai

WHEREAS, the Commission finds the following:
1. The subject property is currently zoned- RS & C
2. The present land use plan designation of the subject property is
3. The proposed (ZONING DISTRICT) (LAND USE PLAN DESIGNATION) for the
affected property is Light Industrial (IL)
4. An appropriate public hearing as required has been conducted by the
Commission on January 23, 1991
5. That the following additional facts have been found to exist:
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission
of the City of Kenai that the petitioned (REZONING) (LAND USE PLAN
AMENDMENT) is hereby (RECOMMENDED) (NOT RECOMMENDED) to the Kenai City
Council.
