PZ 91-5 KPB File No. ' A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: WHEREAS, the attached plat C-Plaza Subdivision was referred to the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission by KPB ~ and received on 4 / 2 / 91 , and WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning ~ Zoning Commission finds: 1. Plat area is zoned General Commercial (CG) and therefore subject to said zone conditions, - 2. Water & sewer: (~~ 3.
