A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS, the attached plat __ Petersen Subdivision No 2
was referred to the City of Kenai Adv sory P1 g ~ Zoning Commission by
McLane & Assoc . and received on ~aY 2 ~ ~~~
and
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds:
1. Plat area is zoned _ ~s~ and therefore
subject to said zone conditions,

3. Plat (does not) subdivide property within a pub improvement
district subject to special assessments. There (~ is not') a
delinquency amount owed to the City of Kenai for the re renced
property,
4. Installation Agreement or construction of improvements is no
required prior to plat filing.

6. Utility easements, if required, are (not) shown
7. Any existing structures must be shown on plat.
8. Street names designated on the plat are ~ correct.
9 . INCLUDE ANY STATEMENTS ON ATTACHED STAFF COMMENT SHEET
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF KENAI ADVISORY PLANNING &
ZONING COMMISSION that does recommend to the Kenai Peninsula Borough
Planning Commission approval subject to correction of any negative findings
as stated above or on attached Staff Comment Sheet.
