PZ 91 2 ~ KPB File No. A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING TNAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: WHEREAS, the attached plat White, Country Estates was referred to the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission by _KPB and received on June 13. 1991 , and WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds: 1.
