PZ 91-27 KPB File No. A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: WHEREAS, the attached plat Horseshoe End at River Bend #3 was referred to the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission by _~{PB and received on July 30, 1991 , and WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds: 1.
