A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS, the attached plat Baron Park Subdivision No. 9
was referred to the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission by
Swan Surveyingand received on August 14, 1991 , and
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds:
1. Piat area is zoned ~ ~~,Q.,,uc ~'~~ v~~,~e~ ~ ~~ .,~ and therefore
subject to said zone conditions, ,--

property,

7. Any existing structures must be shown on plat.
8. Street names designated on the plat are (mot) correct.
9 . INCLUDE ANY STATEMENTS ON ATTACHED STAFF COMMENT SHEET
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF KENAI A'PLANNING &
ZONING COMMISSION that does recommend to the Kenai Peninsula Borough
Planning Commission approval subject to correction of any negative findings
as stated above or on attached Staff Co~anent Sheet.
