PZ 91-31 KPB File No. A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: WHEREAS, the attached plat Baron Park Subdivision No. 9 was referred to the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission by Swan Surveyingand received on August 14, 1991 , and WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds: 1.
