A RESOLUTION OF THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT
TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREA5, the attached plat Cook Inlet Industrial Air Park Sub. No. S
was referred to the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission by
Carrs, Inc, and received on August 21, 1991 ~ and -
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Advisory Planning & Zoning Commission finds:
1. Plat area is zoned General Commercial (CG) and therefore
subject to said zone conditions,
2. Water & sewer: (a.~~ .
3. Plat () does no subdivide property within a public improvement
district subjec o special assessments. There (mss-) is no a
delinquency amount owed to the City of Kenai for the re erenced
property,
4. Installation Agreement or construction of improvements ~- not
required prior to plat filing.
5. Status of surrounding land is partially shown
6. Utility easements, if required, axe- no shown
7. Any existing structures must be shown on plat.
8. Street names designated on the plat are ~1 correct.
9 . INCLUDE ANY STATEMENTS ON ATTACHED STAFF COMMENT SHEET
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF KENAI ADVISORY PLANNING &
ZONING COMMISSION that does recommend to the Kenai Peninsula Borough
Planning Commission approval subject to correction of any negative findings
as stated above or on attached Staff Comment Sheet.
