HomeMy WebLinkAboutPZ1991-40CITY OF KENAI RESOLUTION NO. pZ 91-40 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: WHEREAS,the attached plat Cerepa Subdivision was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoningg Commission by Henning Johnson Surveryor and received on October 8, 1991 and WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission finds: 1. Plat area is zoned Suburban Residential and therefore subject to said zone conditions, 2. Water & Sewer: available 3.
