RESOLUTION NO. pZ 91-40
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS,the attached plat Cerepa Subdivision
was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoningg Commission by
Henning Johnson Surveryor and received on October 8, 1991
and
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission finds:
1. Plat area is zoned Suburban Residential and therefore
subject to said zone conditions,
2. Water & Sewer: available
3. Plat (-:c~we~) does not subdivide property within a public
improvement s c subject to special assessments.
There (~) is not a delinquency amount owed to the City
of Kenai for eferenced property,
4. In tallation Agreement or construction of improvements is
no ') required prior to plat filing.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF KENAI PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION DOES RECOMMEND TO THE KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH
PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL SUBJECT TO ANY NEGATIVE FINDINGS AS
STATED ABOVE OR ON ATTACHED STAFF COMMENT SHEET.
