~ RESOLUTION NO. PZ 91-41
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS,the attached plat _CIIAP - Granite Point Street Dedication
was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission by
the Citv Administration and received on October 10, 1991 and
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission finds: ~~
1. Plat area is zoned C (Conservation) and therefore
subject to said zone conditions,
2. Water & Sewer: Available
3. Plat (~~~) does not) subdivide property within a public
improvement dis ric subject to special assessments.

PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL SUBJECT TO ANY NEGATIVE FINDINGS AS
STATED ABOVE OR ON ATTACHED STAFF COMMENT SHEET.
