PZ 91-43 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: WHEREAS,the attached plat Five Irons Heights S/D was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission by _ Tntegr; y SL?rvevs and received on October 25, 1991 and WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission finds: 1. Plat area is zoned Recreation (R) and therefore subject to said zone conditions, 2. Water & Sewer: available 3.
