A RESOLUT OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI GRANTIN O A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR Bed & Breakfast
Located: T5N. R10W, S6, E 2, NE 4, SW 4, Lying E of Kenai
_ Spur Hi hway
WHEREAS, the Commission finds:
1. That an application meeting the requirements of Section
14.20.321 has been submitted and received on• 4/10/92
2. That this request is located on land zoned• RR
3. That the applicant has demonstrated with plans and other
documents that he/she can and will meet the following
specific requirements and conditions in addition to the
existing requirements:

4. That a duly advertised public hearing as required by KMC
14.20.280 was conducted by the Commission on
April 22, 1992
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Planning and Zoning
Commission of the City of Kenai that the applicant as (~
fit) demonstrated that the proposed Bed & Breakfast
meets the conditions required for said operation and therefore
the Commission does (~MV.w~st) authorize the administrative
official to issue the appropriate permit.
