RESOLUTION NO. pZ 92-10
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS,the attached plat Cook Inlet Industrial Air-Park S/D No 6
was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission by
Integrity Surveys and received on May 6, 1992 and
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission finds:
1. Plat area is zoned General Commercial (CG~nd therefore
subject to said zone conditions,
2. Water & Sewer: available
3 . Plat -{-dees~} does not subdivide property within a public
improvement dic rlct subject to special assessments.
There -{-~- 1s not a delinquency amount owed to the City
of Kenai for the referenced property,
~ 4. Installation Agreement or construction of improvements is
no required prior to plat filing.
5. Status of .surrounding land is _{-~at~ shown
6. Utility easements, if required, are not shown
7. Any existing structures must be shown on plat ~
8. Street names designated on the plat are -E-~} correct
9. INCLUDE ANY STATEMENTS ON ATTACHED STAFF COMMENT SHEET
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF KENAI PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION DOES RECOMMEND TO THE KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH
PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL SUBJECT TO ANY NEGATIVE FINDINGS AS
STATED ABOVE OR ON ATTACHED STAFF COMMENT SHEET.
PASSED BY THE ADVISORY PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
