PZ A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 4F KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: WHEREAS the attached plat _ BILDERBACK SUBDIVI ION was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission by Johnson.'`Surveving and received on June ,_ 1Q92 , and WHEREAS, tie City of Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission finds: 1.
