RESOLUTION NO. PZ 92-21

A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS,the attached plat BEAVER CREEK ESTATES
was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission by
KPB and received on July 6, 1992 and

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission finds:
1. Plat area is zoned Rural Res. (RR) and therefore
subject to said zone conditions,

' ZONING COMMISSION DOES RECOMMEND TO THE. KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH
PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL SUBJECT TO ANY NEGATIVE FINDINGS AS
STATED ABOVE OR ON ATTACHED STAFF COMMENT SHEET.
