PZ g~_~ A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: WHEREAS the attached plat FRn #~ was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission by KPB Planning Dept. and received on 11/13/92 and WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission finds: 1.
