RESOLUTION NO. PZ 9_ 3
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS,the attached plat CHAP S/D No. 7, Commercial Tract 1
was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission by
KPB Plannin De t. and received on December 28 1992 , and
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission finds:
1. Plat area is zoned General Commercial [CG1and therefore
subject to said zone conditions,
2. Water & Sewer: Available
3 . Plat ~~eeej~- { oes not subdivide property within a public
improvement dxs r subject to special assessments.

of Kenai for a referenced property,

PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL SUBJECT TO ANY NEGATIVE FINDINGS AS
BTATED ABOVE OR ON ATTACHED STAFF COMMENT SHEET.
