KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVI
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission finds:
1. Plat area is zoned RR-1 and therefore
subject to said zone conditions,
