A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SU$DIVTSION PLAT BE APPROVED
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS,the attached plat Baron Park S/D Add. # 8
was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission by

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission finds:
1. Plat area is zoned General Commercial and therefore
subject to said zone conditions,
2. Water & Sewer: Available

improvement distr~c~ subject to special assessments.

4. Installation Agreement or construction of improvements is

PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL SUBJECT TO ANY NEGATIVE FINDINGS AS
STATED ABOVE OR ON ATTACHED STAFF COMMENT SHEET.
