PZ 93--26 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: WHEREAS the attached plat THOMPSON PARK LOT was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission by KPB and received on June 11, 1993 , and WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission finds: I.
