RESOLUTION N0. PZ 93--26
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS the attached plat THOMPSON PARK LOT
was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission by
KPB and received on June 11, 1993 , and
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission finds:
I. Plat area is zoned Suburban Residential and therefore
subject to said zone conditions,
2. Water & Sewer: Not Available
3. Plate-(does not) subdivide property within a public
improvement district subject to special assessments.
There_is not) a delinquency amount owed to the City
of Kenai for the referenced property,
} 4. Installation Agreement or construction of improvements is
(not} required prior to plat filing.
5. Status of surrounding land is shown
6. Utility easements, if required, are-fnet~" shown
7. Any existing structures must be shown on plat

9. INCLUDE ANY STATEMENTS ON ATTACHED STAFF COMMENT SHEET
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF KENAI PLANNING AND
ZONING COMMISSION DOES RECOMMEND TO THE KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH
PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL SUBJECT TO ANY NEGATIVE FINDINGS AS
STATED ABOVE OR ON ATTACHED STAFF COMMENT SHEET.

8. The Planning and Zoning Commis n wi review the application
for development n the TSH Zoning District upon the applicant's
demonstration that all of the following criteria are
satisfied.
(1) Application signed by applicant, and if leasing the
premises, co-signed by the owner indicating type and nature of
business.
(2) Current color photographs of the site and of any existing
structures representing both the overall condition of the
structure and accurately portraying the materials and color.
(3) site plan complying with the development criteria of this
chapter and drawn to scale showing the existing structure and
all proposed alterations and additions in relation to the
site.
