A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS the attached plat Baron Park -- Service Add. No. 2
was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission by
Swan Surveying and received on September 24, 199, and
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning & Zoning Commission finds:

PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVAL SUBJECT TO ANY NEGATIVE FINDINGS AS
STATED ABOVE OR ON ATTACHED STAFF COMMENT 88EET.
