A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE
APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS, the attached plat
was re#erred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission on 1 /~/ 9 a
and received from xPB Plannin De t. ,and
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission finds:

therefore subject to said zone conditions.
