A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PEAT BE
APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS, the attached pla# Rasmussen s/D #3
was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission on 5 1 ~ 9 ~
and received from Integrity surveys ,and
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission finds:

therefore subject to said zone conditions.
