A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE
APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOW#NG CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS, the attached plat IOLA s/D
was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission on ~ / 15 / 9 ~
and received from Ray wnitford ,and
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission finds:
1) Plat area is zoned Suburban Residential (RS) and
therefore subject to said zone conditions.
