A RESO N OF THE PLANNING-AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
WHEREAS, the Commission finds:
1} That an application meeting the requirements of Section 14.20.150 has

2} This request is on land zoned Rural Residential (RR1
3} That the applicant has demonstrated with plans and other documents
that they can and will meet the following specific requirements and
conditions in addition to existing requirements:

4) That a duly advertised public hearing as required by KMC 14.20.280 was

COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI THAT THE APPLICANT HAS (f)
DEMONSTRATED THAT THE PROPOSED Bed & Breakfast MEETS
THE CONDITIONS REQUIRED FOR SAID OPERATION AND THEREFORE THE
COMMISSION OE (.T) AUTHORIZE THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL
TO ISSUE THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT.
