Center MEETS THE CONDITIONS REQUIRED FOR SAID OPERATION AND THEREFORE THE COMMISSION (DOES) (DOES NOT) AUTHORIZE THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL TO ISSUE THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT. BUILDING OFFICIAL By allowing this type of occupancy it may change the occupancy of the building to a Group I 3 occupancy which would require licensing from the Fire Marshall. In addition the building code would not allow this type of occupancy unless the building met other construction requirements which Z cannot ascertain without an outside building inspection.
