A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE
APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS, the attached plat Radaubt Terrace 5/D Hall Addition
was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission on i / 3 a / 95

WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission finds:
