A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE
APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS, the attached plat Original Townsite of Kenai Laddvi].le Replat

and received from Inte rit Surveys and
WHEREAS, the City ofi Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission finds:
1) Plat area is zoned and
therefore subject to said zone conditions.
