AN ORDINANCE DETERMINING FOUR CITY -OWNED PROPERTIES IN THE BEAVER LOOP AREA
ARE NOT NEEDED FOR A PUBLIC PURPOSE AND AUTHORIZING SALE BY PUBLIC SEALED BID
AUCTION.
WHEREAS, the CM(s land Management Plan Men ifed City -oared property in the Soave Loop area

WHEREAS, the City retained an egineering consultant to excavate fast holes, confirming Me present¢
