DEMONSTRATED THAT THE PROPOSED Lodging and Boat Parking MEETS THE
CONDITIONS REQUIRED FOR SAID OPERATION AND THEREFORE THE
COMMISSION (DOES) (DOES NOT) AUTHORIZE THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL
TO ISSUE THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT.

WHEREAS, the Commission finds:
1) That an application meeting the requirements of Section 14.20.150 has
