CITY OF KENAI GRANTING A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT

WHEREAS, the Commission finds:
1. That an application meeting the requirements of Section 14.20.150 has
been submitted and received on: March 23, 1999
2. This request is on land zoned: RR--Rural Residential
3. That the applicant has demonstrated with plans and other documents
that they can and wilt meet the following specific requirements and
conditions in addition to existing requirements:

4. That a duly advertised public hearing as required by KMC 14.20.280

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI THAT THE APPLICANT HAS
DEMONSTRATED THAT THE PROPOSED Welding and Metal Framing
Business MEETS THE CONDITIONS REQUIRED FOR SAID OPERATION AND
THEREFORE THE COMMISSION DOES AUTHORIZE THE ADMINISTRATIVE
OFFICIAL TO ISSUE THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT.
