Wilson dba Familv 1St Lodging LOCATED: 5296 Kenai Spur Highway -Lot 17, Block 10, Valhalla Heights,-#1 (Street Address and Legal Description} KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH PARCEL NO: 04925013 WHEREAS, the Commission finds: 1. That an application meeting the requirements of Section i 4.20.150 has been submitted and received on: September 25, 2000 . 2. This request is on land zoned RR-Rural Residential . 3. That the applicant has demonstrated with plans and other documents that they can and will meet the following specific requirements and conditions in addition to existing requirements: a. Be inspected by the Fire Marshall to meet fire code requirements and bi-annually after the initial inspection. b. Permit shall not be issued until a Certificate of Occupancy issued. 4. That a duly advertised public hearing as required by KMC 14.20.280 was conducted by the Commission on: October 25, 2000. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI THAT THE APPLICANT HAS DEMONSTRATED THAT THE PROPOSED USES MEET THE CONDITIONS REQUIRED FOR SAID OPERATION AND THEREFORE THE COMMISSION DOES AUTHORIZE THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL TO ISSUE THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT.
