PZ02-46 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING ADMINISTRATION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED LANDSCAPINGISITE PLAN REVIEW BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: WHEREAS, the attached LandscapinglSite Plan Review was: • Received by: Robert Springer, Building Official • Submitted by: Peter Klauder, Klauder & Company Architects • Submitted for: _GLM Building ~~"""'_......__..,_......._.___ ^ • Property Address: 420 North Willow Street • Legal Description: FBO Subdivision GLM Addition • Parcel No.: 04336005 WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Administration finds this plan provides for orderly and safe development within the City commensurate with protecting the health, safety, and welfare of its citizens, and provides adequate and convenient open spaces, light and air in order to avoid congestion of commercial and industrial areas; and, WHEREAS, the plan appears to provide for landscaping andlor the retention of natural vegetation in conjunction with commercial and industrial development within the City; and, WHEREAS, the purpose of landscaping is to visually enhance the City's appearance and reduce erasion and storm runoff, and the plan appears to meet this criteria. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING ADMINISTRATION OF THE CITY OF KENAI THAT THE LANDSCAPINGISITE PLAN IS APPROVED. Reviewed and approved: Date:
