That an application meeting the requirements of Section 14.20.150 has been submitted and received on: August 21, 2002 2. This request is on land zoned: RS -Suburban Residential 3. That the applicant has demonstrated with plans and other documents that they can and will meet the following specific requirements and conditions in addition to existing requirements: a. Submit to fire inspections as required. b. Provide sufficient off-street parking for any vehicles at the location. 4.
