That an application meeting the requirements of Section 14.20.150 has been submitted and received on: Se tember 30 2003 2. This request is on land zoned: IH - Hea Industrial 3. That the applicant has demonstrated with plans and other documents that they can and will meet the following specific requirements and conditions in addition to existing requirements: a. . ~) e ~ jQQ ~ ~ ~, b. 4. That the Commission conducted a duly advertised public hearing as required by KMC 14,20.2$0 on: October 22, 2003. 5. Applicant must comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI THAT THE APPLICANT HA5 DEMONSTRATED THAT THE PROPOSED USES LISTED ABOVE MEET THE CONDITIONS REQUIRED FOR SAID OPERATION AND THEREFORE THE COMMISSION DOES AUTHORIZE THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL TO ISSUE THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT. PASSED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA, OCTOBER 22, 2003. CHAIRPERSO ~ TEST:` PZ03-43 Page 2 1. Comply with ail state, local, and federal regulations. 2. Submit State of Alaska, Department of Environmental Conservation documentation of approval for septic systems and water systems for the conditional uses. 3. Provide landscapelsite plans for review and approval when applications for building permits are submitted. 4. Provide landscape/site plan for the recreational vehicle park far review and approval. 5. If the recreational vehicle sites are increased in the future, su#~mit landscapelsite plan for approval.
