A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMI SION OF THE CITY
OF KENAI GRANTING A REQUEST FOR AN ENCROAC ENT PERMIT TO:

WHEREAS, the Commission finds:
1. That an application meeting the requir ments of Section 14.20.185 (c) has been
submitted and received on: Se tem er 22 2004
2. This request is on la d zoned: R -Suburban Residential
3. That the applicant ha em nst ted with plans and other documents that they can
and will meet the foil s ecific requirements as set forth in Section 12.20.185

NOW, T EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COM SSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI THAT THE APPLICANT HAS
DE NSTRATED THAT THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT MEETS THE
C ERIA FOR SAID PERMIT AND THEREFORE THE COMMISSION DOES
A THORIZE THE ADMINISTRATNE OFFICIAL TO ISSUE THE APPROPRIATE
RMIT AFTER MEETING THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS: {See Page 2.)
PASSED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI, ALASKA, OCTOBER 13, 2004.

Tha permit may not be issued until the following conditions are met:
1. That an updated asbuilt be submitted and administration verifies
there are no additional encroachments resulting from the new
construction.
2. That the permit may not be issued until the asbuilt is submitted.
3. That adjoining property owner must concur with issuance of
permit,
