DOYLE DBA BEAVER LOOP SAND & GRAVEL LOCATED: TRACT Al BEAVER LOOP ACRES ADD NO. 1 - 2369 BEAVER LOOP ROAD (Street Address and Legal Description) KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH PARCEL NO: 04912051 WHEREAS, the Commission finds: 1) That an application meeting the requirements ofSection 14.20.154 has been submitted and received on: May 12, 2005 2) This request is on land zoned: RR -- RURAL RESIDENTIAL 3) That the applicant has demonstrated with plans and other documents that they can and will meet the following specific requirements and conditions in addition to existing requirements: a. See Page 2 4) That the Commission conducted a duly advertised public hearing as required by KMC 14.20.280 on: June 8, 2005. 5) Applicant must comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI THAT THE APPLICANT HAS DEMONSTRATED THAT THE PROPOSED EXTRACTION OF NATURAL RESOURCES MEETS THE CONDITIONS REQUIRED FOR SAID OPERATION AND THEREFORE THE COMMISSION DOES AUTHORIZE THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL TO ISSUE THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT. PASSED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI, ALASKA THIS Sth DAY OF JUNE 2flUS. Allow excavation below the water table in the locations marked Area i and Area 2 on the attached photograph. 2. Amend application to clarify areas to be excavated below the water table. 3. Submit an updated reclamation plan showing future residential lots, proposed lake, roads, etc. 4. Submit a site plan that insures that the 150-foot border is not breached to the north of the excavation in Area Z. 5. Obtain any permits necessary from State or Federal agencies for said excavation.
