That an application meeting the requirements of Section 14.20.150 has been submitted and received on: January 18, 2006 2. This request is on land zoned: RS -Suburban Residential 3. That the applicant has demonstrated with plans and other documents that they can and will meet the following specific requirements and conditions in addition to existing requirements: 4. That a duly advertised public hearing as required by KMC 14.20.280 was conducted by the Commission on: February 8, 2006 5. The Commission denied the original request because the applicant did not have written permission of the property owner to operate from this location. 6. The conditional use permit application was reconsidered on February 22, 2006. 7. The applicant provided written permission of the property owner, D. Cheney McClennan for the off-site catering business to be operated from this property. 8. Applicant must comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI THAT THE APPLICANT HAS DEMONSTRATED THAT THE PROPOSED Off-Site Catering Business MEETS THE CONDITIONS REQUIRED FOR SAID OPERATION AND THEREFORE THE COMMISSION DOES AUTHORIZE THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL TO ISSUE THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT.
