KOCH CITY MANAGER CITY OF KENAI ADDRESS: 210 FIDALGO AVENUE KENAI AK 99611 LEGAL: Lot A-1 and Lot A-2, Baron Park Subdivision No. 6 as shown on Attachment A PARCEL #: 04336030 and 04336031 WHEREAS, the Commission finds the following: 1. The subject property is currently zoned Split Zoned (General Commercial & Light Industrial 2. The present land use plan designation is AIRPORT INDUSTRIAL 3. The proposed zoning district is GENERAL COMMERCIAL 4. An appropriate public hearing as required was conducted on April 12, 2006 5. That the following additional facts have been found to exist: None 6. Applicant must comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Kenai that the petitioned REZONING of Lot A-1 and Lot A-2, Baron Park Subdivision No. 6 as shown on Attachment A is hereby recommended to the Kenai City Council.
