A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI GRANTING THE TRANSFER OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CABIN
RENTALS AS AUTHORIZED BY 14.20.158 OF THE KENAI ZONING CODE, FROM:
Clinton & Delores Coligan dba Captain Blighs Beaver Creek Lodge to Steve and Rick Voth
WHEREAS, the Commission finds:
1. That a Conditional Use Permit was granted to Clinton & Delores Coligan on
June 25, 2003.
2. That KMC 14.20.158 requires that a written request for transfer be submitted.
3. That Steve and Rick Voth submitted a request for transfer on March 31, 2006.
4. That the transfer requires that the permit continue operation under conditions originally
outlined. Resolution PZ03-22:
1. Limit number of guests to equal the capacity of the residence.
2. Limit outside activities to those normally conducted in a residential area.
3. Require fire inspection prior to permit being issued and every other year
thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI THAT THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR
CLINTON & DECOKES COLIGAN FOR CABIN RENTALS BE TRANSFERRED TO STEVE
AND RICK VOTH DBA CAPTAIN BLIGHS BEAVER CREEK LODGE.

ALASKA, April 12, 2006.
