KENAI RECOMMENDING APPROVAL TO THE KENAI CITY COUNCIL OF THE
REQUESTED REZONING SUBMITTED BY

2. The present land use plan designation is: Mixed Use
3. The proposed zoning district is: CC --- Central Commercial
4. An appropriate public hearing as required was conducted on January 10, 2007 ^~
S. That the following additional facts have been found to exist: Proposed rezone will eliminate
a possible split-zone situation.
6. Applicant must comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City
