A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS, the attached plat City Park Subdivision No. 2 was referred to the City of Kenai
Planning and Zoning Commission on May 2, 2007, and received from McLane, Consulting,
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission Ends:
1. Plat area is zoned RS -Suburban Residential and therefore subject to said zone conditions.
2. Water and sewer; Available.
Plat does not subdivide property within a public improvement district subject to special
assessments. There is not a delinquency amount owed to the City of Kenai for the referenced
property.
4. Installation agreement or construction of improvements is nat required.
5. Status of sur-•ounding land is shown.
6. Utility easements, if required, shall be shown.
7• Plat shall verify that no encroachments exist. (Plat will eliminate existing encroaching.)
8. Street names designated on the plat are correct.
9. CONTINGENCIES:
a. The surveyor shows the curve data for the portion of the future cul-de-sac located
on this subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI THAT THE KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH
PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVES CITY PARK SUBDIVISION N0.2 SUBJECT TO
ANY NEGATIVE FINDINGS AS STATED ABOVE.
