PZ07-59 thecfyof SUBDIVISION PLAT IiEHA~ SNA A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDNISION PLAT BE APPROVED SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: WHEREAS, the attached plat Schurr Scurr Subdivision See Addition was referred to the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission on October 23, 2007, and received from Se_gesser Surve, WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission finds: 1. Plat area is zoned LC -Limited Commercial and therefore subject to said zone conditions. 2. Water and sewer: Available, Plat does not subdivide property within a public improvement district subject to special assessments. There is not a delinquency amount owed to the City of Kenai for the referenced property. 4. Installation agreement or construction of improvements is not required. 5. Status of surrounding land is shown. b. Utility easements, if required, shall be shown. 7. Plat shall verify that no encroachments exist. (Plat will eliminate existing encroaching.} 8. Street names designated on the plat are NOT correct. 9. CONTINGENCIES: 1. Correct subdivision name to Schurr Subdivision. 2. Correct street name to Aliak Drive, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI THAT THE KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVES SCHURR (SHURR) SUBDIVISION SEE ADDITION SUBJECT TO ANY NEGATIVE FINDINGS AS STATED ABOVE.
