RESOLUTION NO. PZ07-61
SUBDIVISION PLAT
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
KENAI RECOMMENDING THAT THE ATTACHED SUBDIVISION PLAT BE APPROVED
SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
WHEREAS, the attached plat Kenai Well Subdivision was referred to the City of Kenai Planning
and Zoning Commission on November 8, 2007, and received from Integri , Surve +~5, Inc.
WHEREAS, the City of Kenai Planning and Zoning Commission 1=1nds:
1. Plat area is zoned RR -Rural Residential and therefore subject to said zone conditions.
2. Water and sewer: Water only is available to Tract A1. Water and sewer are not available to
Tract A2.
3. PIat does not subdivide prapeifiy within a public improvement district subject to special
assessments, There is not a delinquency amount awed to the City of Kenai for the referenced
property.
~1. Installation agreement or construction of improvements is not required.
5. Status of surrounding land is shown.
b. Utility easements, if required, shall be shown.
7. Plat shall verify that no encroachments exist.
S. Street names designated on the plat are NOT correct.
9. CONTINGENCIES:
a. Correct spelling of street name to Minchumina Avenue.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI THAT THE KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH
PLANNING COMMISSION APPROVES KENAI WELL SUBDIVISION SUBJECT TO ANY
NEGATIVE FINDINGS AS STATED ABOVE.
PASSED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI,
ALASKA, DECEMBER 12, 2007.
