Re: Title Order K -4007
Dr. Chas.Bailie loan
Dear Mr. O'Connell:
Regarding your inquiry as to the Zoning Regulations and
what possible affect it may have on the proposed building
loan to Dr. Chas. Bailie, I submit the following:
Lot 4, Block 5 of the Original Townsite of Kenai,Alaska,
is presently within an area that is zoned as Urban Residen-
tial and uses permitted in said zone includes professional
offices and therefore would be appropriate for the planned
use by Dr. Bailie.
Eventually, within the next month -or two, it is our intention
and plan to enlarge our downtown Commercial zone which will
include the subject property and of course, this would only
enhance the position and potential cf, the business.
Also, it is note: that there are no private covenants and
restrictions of record affecting this property such as are
normally found in developed subdivisions.
Sincerely,
Robert J. Npre-_e
