A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF KENAI GRANTING A REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO:
NAME: William Bancroft and Richard Ames
USE Private Family RV Park
LOCATED 1115 Angler Drive Lot 7, Anglers Acres Subdivision Part 3

KENAI PENINSULA BOROUGH PARCEL NO: 04939033
WHEREAS, the Commission finds:
1. That an application meeting the requirements of Section 14.20.150 has been
submitted and received on: August 10, 2009
2. This request is on land zoned: RR Rural Residential
3. That the applicant has demonstrated with plans and other documents that they can
and will meet the following specific requirements and conditions in addition to
existing requirements:
a. See page 2.
4. That the Commission conducted a duly advertised public hearing as required by
KMC 14.20.280 on: September 9, 2009.
5. Applicant must comply with all Federal, State, and local regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF KENAI THAT THE APPLICANT HAS
DEMONSTRATED THAT THE PROPOSED PRIVATE FAMILY RV PARK MEETS
THE CONDITIONS REQUIRED FOR SAID OPERATION AND THEREFORE THE
COMMISSION DOES AUTHORIZE THE ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICIAL TO ISSUE
THE APPROPRIATE PERMIT.

KENAI, ALAS SEPTEMBER 9 2009.

Additional Requirements:

1. Apply for a building permit for the gazebo and meet all Building Official
requirements.
2. Limit the number of permanent trailers structures to the existing structures.
3. Provide ADEC approval for on -site water and sewer facilities.
4. Limit use to operating during the period of May 1 October 15
5. Fees shall not be charged for RV occupancy.
