MEETING SUMMARY
ITEM 1: CALL TO ORDER ROLL CALL
Chair Butler called the meeting to order at approximately 3:06 p.m. Roll was
confirmed as follows:
Members present: J. Butler, J. Torgerson, K. Tarbox, D. Kramer, P. Micciche, R.
Ruffner
Others present: City Clerk C. Freas, Council Member J. Moore
A quorum was present.
ITEM 2: AGENDA APPROVAL
There were no changes made to the agenda and it was approved as presented.
ITEM 3: APPROVAL OF MEETING SUMMARY March 12, 2009
It was noted, Member Mice the was absent from the March 12 meeting. The meeting
summary was approved with the correction.
ITEM 4: OLD BUSINESS
4 a. Discussion Presentation of Information /Council Work Session
A copy of the draft report /presentation slides which was included in the packet, was
reviewed by the members. Discussion took place with regard to who would discuss
different portions of the report, some corrections to written information, etc.
It was noted, a copy of the final presentation would be provided to City Clerk Freas in
order for copies of the presentation to be forwarded to the City Council for review prior
to the May 18, 2009 work session of Council Task Force, and public. It was also
noted, the work session would be an open forum and questions of council would be
encouraged while the review of the presentation was being made.
